Group of people apprehended in El Paso’s Upper Valley
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- More than a dozen people were taken into custody in the Upper Valley Friday night.
Video captured by ABC-7 crews on the scene show several men handcuffed and sitting on the ground between two cars, including one that appears to be a law enforcement SUV.
Border patrol agents were on scene, as well as officers from other agencies. First responders tell us this appears to be a smuggling attempt.
