Pat Sajak, beloved ‘Wheel of Fortune’ gameshow host, to retire
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Pat Sajak, the beloved host of the popular TV gameshow 'Wheel of Fortune,' announced via Twitter he will be retiring after the upcoming season.
"Well, the time has come," Sajak said. "I've decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It's been a wonderful ride, and I'll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all."
This will be the 41st season of the show.
