Kimble To Return To Miners In ’05
EL PASO, TX. – UTEP Officials confirmed to ABC-7 that Will Kimble will be back this year. TheNCAAis giving Kmble an extra year of eligibility.
The school requested the extra year because Kmble played in just one game two seasons ago before being diagnosed with with a heart condition. He later transferred to UTEP and last season he avergaed 4.5 points and just over 3 rebounds.
Additionally there’s been talk that Kimble may receive an academic scholarship, but Coach Doc Sadler toldABC-7 thatthe talk is “premature.”Coach Sadler also said while he does plan on looking into some different possibilities, he plans onKimble receiving one of the team’s 13 athletic scholarships.
