One person seriously injured following a crash in Northeast El Paso

UPDATE - El Paso Police have sent out an update on the social media site X, stating that all lanes have reopened on US-54.

The collision happened on U.S. 54, at Mile Marker 26, according to EPPD.

One person has been taken to a nearby hospital.

Officers were sent out at 11:36 p.m. Monday night.

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- One person has been rushed to the hospital due to a car crash in Northeast El Paso, according to First Responders.

Officers were called out to the scene just before midnight on Monday, September 18th.

The collision happened on US-54, just past Ellerthrope Avenue. Southbound lanes have been closed while officers are on the scene.
