ABC-7 First Alert – Bulk of storms will hit tomorrow

The ABC-7 StormTrack weather team issued a first alert last Friday alerting the area to the possibility of severe weather on Tuesday. Storms will develop and move NE during the afternoon (4-8 pm) causing some locally heavy rain in spots, lightning, and gusty winds in and around storms. We can't rule out some hail with isolated storms.

Storms will weaken later Tuesday night.

Strong cold front to affect the area next Monday bringing colder air for Halloween.
