El Dorado student hit outside Far East El Paso school

Update: Socorro Independent School District officials confirm to ABC-7 that the pedestrian is an El Dorado student. The student suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to district officials.


EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Emergency crews are responding to a collision outside El Dorado High School.

First responders report that a car hit a pedestrian.

The high school is located on the 12400 block of Edgemere Boulevard in Far East El Paso.

Officials say the call first came in just before 9 a.m.

ABC-7 is working to learn more about the pedestrian's condition and what led up to the collision. Check back for more details.
