LC Water Main Break Forces Parkway Closure

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – A water main break near Camino Real Middle School is forcing the closure of parts of Roadrunner ParkwayWednesday afternoon.

Parents of children at Camino Real and who are planning to pick up their child from school are asked to follow the direction of police officers on scene. Traffic on Roadrunner Parkway may see detours throughout the afternoon.

Utility Department crews are patching up the main and it is expected to be repaired by Thursday morning before classes at the school begin.
