Police Bust Drug Stash House In East El Paso

EL PASO, TX. – El Paso Police raided a house on the eastside netting a seizure of amajor drug stash.

Authorities went into a home in the 11500 block of Jim Ferriell Drive after watching it for several days. Officers report they found 3,000 pounds of marijuana in the home. No residents were home at the time, but neighbors say two men possibly in their late-20s moved in about a year ago.

“We did talk every once in a while. Just a Hi and Bye. It’s very shocking. I have two little ones and I wouldn’t want them to experience anything like that,” said neighbor Juvenal Sanchez. This is the second largest stash house bustin 2007according to police records.
