Anthony Man Accused Of Exposing Self To Child

LAS CRUCES, NM — Dona Ana County Sheriff’s investigators on Wednesday arrested Agustin Garcia, age 67, of Anthony, after an eight-year-old girl reported that he exposed himself to her, investigators indicated in a news release.

The girl told authorities Garcia hugged and kissed her.He then allegedly dropped his trousers and underwear in front of her and then proceeded to touch her inappropriately while exposing himself.

The girl managed to escape when Garcia left the room to go to the bathroom.

Dona Ana Sheriff’s investigators report they believe Garcia is guilty of other similar crimes.

Garcia is currently being detained at the Dona Ana County Detention Center under a $10,000 bond.
