Car Thieves Have Mug Shots Posted Online By Police
EL PASO, TX. – A first look at accused car thieves, online for everyone to see.
El Paso Police have started posting the mug shots of car-theft suspects on the department’s website.ABC-7 noted, many look pretty young.
Police Chief Richard Wiles starting putting up the mugs for DWI, family violence, and prostitution suspects a few years back.
