Man Arrested On Multiple Charges
EL PASO — The El Paso Police Department’s Auto Theft Task Force said they’ve arrested Emmanuel Velasco who was wanted on several outstanding warrants.
Velasco was taken into custody and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, theft and burglary of vehicle
