Vehicle Crash Closes Cesar Chavez
EL PASO, Texas – Eastbound Cesar Chavez at Zaragoza reopened around 3:30 Monday afternoon after a crash.
Two vehilces were involved in the wreck, officials said.
Police have not released any information on injuries.
