CBP Apprehends Drive-By Shooting Suspect

A man wanted in connection with an Albuquerque drive-by shooting is in custody after Customs agents arrest him at the Columbus Port of Entry in New Mexico.

Agents arrested 21-year-old Francisco M. Quintana of Albuquerque just before 7 Friday morning. Customs and Border Protection Agents questioned Quintana before finding a match on the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.

Quintana was considered to be armed and dangerous and was also wanted on an outstanding aggravated assault charge.
