El Paso Electric Offers New Bill Payment Option
El Paso Electric customers have a new way to pay their bills.
They can pay their electric bills with cash, 24 hours a day, at self-serve automated ZapLink kiosks in select Circle K convenience stores in El Paso and Las Cruces.
At these kiosks, customers can securely and conveniently pay their bills as well as access their personal account information in English or Spanish.
Tio Networks Corporation operates the kiosks and will charge a convenience fee of $2.00 per transaction. Payments will be posted directly to the person’s account.
In addition, customers can choose to print the receipt or send it to an e-mail address.
