Nestle Recalling Three Lean Cuisine Entrees
Nestle is recalling three of its Lean Cuisine entrees after several consumers have reported finding small pieces of blue plastic in the meals, according to Nestle’s Web site.
ABC News reports one person reported an injury due to the plastic, though Nestle says no injuries have been reported requiring medical attention.
The meals are Pesto Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta, Chicken Mediterranean and Chicken Tuscan, all produced from Aug. 18 to Oct. 27.
Nestle advises consumers to return recalled items directly to supermarkets for a full refund.
Additional information about the recall can be found by calling Nestle’s Consumer Service Center at 1-800-227-6188 or visiting http://news.leancuisine.com/.
