Juarez Man Faces Charges For Allegedly Fondling 14-Year-Old Girl

A Juarez man faces charges after officials say he fondled a 14-year-old girl.

Chihuahua State Police arrested Miguel Orozco Friday night. They said he and the 14-year-old took the same bus a few weeks ago. When the girl got off the bus, officials said Orozco allegedly followed her and exposed himself to her.

After that, he touched the girl, according to authorities. State police said Orozco followed and fondled her a second time a few days later.

After this second incident, the girl told her family, who contacted police.
