Tom was born in France, but has lived most of his life in New Mexico. He says that this area is an exciting place to live, work and raise a family.

Tom has a BA in Journalism, with a minor in History, from New Mexico State University. He has worked in the El Paso broadcast television market since 1979.

Tom spent 5 years with KTSM-TV in El Paso as Sports Director, and 5 years at KASK-TV in Las Cruces as a News Reporter and Anchor.

Tom has been with KVIA for 20 years, chief photographer for 11 and the past seven as Managing Editor for New Mexico Broadcast Operations. He is a cycling enthusiast, avid runner and is a USSF State Emeritus Soccer Referee in New Mexico. His favorite club is the English Premier Chelsea FC.

Tom has been married for 25 years and has one daughter.
