City Council Committee To Look Into Incident Between Police And ABC-7 Crew
EL PASO, Texas — A City Council legislative review committee will look into the incident between an El Paso police officer and an ABC-7 crew.
At Tuesday’s council meeting, Rep. Eddie Holguin asked for a copy of the video shot by ABC-7 photojournalist Ric Dupont that shows reporter Darren Hunt being detained by a police sergeant near the scene of a wreck on I-10.
The video will be looked at by the Public Safety and Rules Committee.
