UTEP Drops Out Of AP Top 25 Poll; No Change In Coaches’ Poll

EL PASO, Texas – The UTEP men’s basketball team dropped out of the Associated Press top 25 poll.

The team is ranked No. 27 in the latest AP poll. The Miners are ranked No. 25 in the ESPN-USA Today coaches’ poll. They were ranked No. 25 the previous week.

Butler, UTEP’s first round opponent in the NCAA Tournament in San Jose, is ranked No. 11 in the APtop 25 poll and No. 8 in the coaches’ poll.
