Las Cruces Police Seek Man In Sex Abuse Case

Las Cruces Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of a man who Las Cruces Police believe may have had inappropriate sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl.

Las Cruces Police are searching for Antonio Hernandez, 41, of the 3800 block of N. Fork Arc., for an incident that is believed to have occurred the weekend of April 17, 2010.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Hernandez and charges him with one count each of criminal sexual penetration of a minor and criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Hernandez is 5-feet-11 and weighs about 185 pounds. He has red hair and green eyes.
