Pedestrian Killed In Canutillo Identified

El Paso County Sheriff’s Special Traffic Investigators have identified the 53-year-old man that was struck and by a vehicle in Canutillo Tuesday night as William Pike.

It appears the Pike was a homeless man who lived on the road, traveling from state to state working odd jobs.

Investigators followed several leads in southwest Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Tennessee & Arizona trying to locate any relative of Pike but were unsuccessful.

Some information received indicates Pike may have a daughter who may be a physician in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Anyone with information on Pike is urged to contact the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at (915) 538-2223 / (915) 538-2119.
