Las Cruces Police Looking For Two Armed Robbery Suspects

Las Cruces Police say two armed robbers are still on the loose.

Around 4:30 p.m. two men held a taxi driver at gunpoint at an apartment complex at 1900 North Solano, according to police.

About five minutes later, an ice cream truck driver reported being robbed by two men who briefly took the vehicle and held the driver at gunpoint. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash, but no one was hurt.

Police want your help in finding the two men, who are described as Hispanic, in their mid 20s to 30s, with facial hair.

During the alleged robberies, the suspects reported spoke fluent Spanish and some English. They were last seen in an older model Isuzu Rodeo.
