The First MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive for 2011 is an individual wanted for a violent Sexual Assault. The target is identified as ORLANDO ROBLES (29) of Northeast El Paso, TX (originally from Los Angeles, California).JULY 2010: This past July, ROBLES broke into a woman’s Northeast apartment (ex-female acquaintance) & awaited for her to return from work. As the woman arrived home, ROBLES proceeded to sexually assault her & even took money from the Victim’s purse prior to leaving the apartment. Charges were filed a short time later & ROBLES has not been seen since.An investigation by EPPD Officers, revealed ROBLES gained entry to the apartment thru a backdoor. Authorities have been on the trail of ROBLES since the night in question. ROBLES has several contacts in El Paso, TX & may still be frequenting the area as he continues eluding capture.Sheriff’s Office Officials are asking the public – if anyone has seen or has any information on the whereabouts of ORLANDO ROBLES to please contact the Sheriff’s Office (915) 546-2280 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477).
