Man Accused Of Burglarizing Car

A case of apparently sticky fingers has one man in trouble with El Paso police.

Noe Rodriguez, 23, has been charged with burglary of a vehicle after police said he took items from a car that didn’t belong to him early Saturday morning.

Police said officers were conducting an investigation at the Celina Apartments in east El Paso when they saw Rodriguez get into an unlocked Mazda, take items out of the car, then take off.

Authorities said Rodriguez was stopped not far from where the Mazda was parked.

Officers reportedly found numerous other items in the pick-up truck Rodriguez was driving.

Police said the items did not belong to Rodriguez or the owner of the Mazda. Officials are looking for those owners.
