Several Water Line Breaks Reported In Horizon City
Several 911 calls are being received in reference to water line breaks in several homes everywhere in Horizon City, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Horizon Fire Dept. and Socorro Fire Dept. are responding to the breaks.
