Two Women Charged In Central El Paso Home Burglary
El Paso Police arrested two women after an early-morning burglary Sunday in Central El Paso.
Alexandra Caldera, 22, and Andrea Caldera, 24, along with an unidentified man went into a home on the 3500 block of Nations at about 4:14 a.m., according to investigators.
Police said the Calderas began to assault a 31-year-old woman who was asleep while the unidentified man assaulted and then stabbed a 30-year-old man also asleep in the house.
The male stabbing victim was taken to University Medical Center, according to investigators. The 31-year-old woman was treated for head injuries.
Alexandra and Andrea Caldera are charged with burglary of a habitation and are being held under bonds of $10,000 each, according to officials.
Police said the investigation, with regards to the male stabbing suspect, is ongoing and more arrests are anticipated.
