Man Featured In Manhunt Monday Turns Himself In

After being profiled on May 2nd’s 2011 Edition of “Manhunt Monday” being one of Crime Stoppers of El Paso “Most Wanted, Alfred Acosta, 32, surrendered to El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday afternoon after 2 weeks on the run, sheriff’s officials said.

Accosta’s arrest marks the 77th “Manhunt Monday” capture out of 126 profiled.

On Jan. 27, 2011, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office conducted a narcotics investigation involving Rico Torres and Acosta who were allegedly active participants in the delivery of 145 grams of cocaine. The delivery allegedly took place in the 11900 block of Rojas in El Paso, Texas.
