This week?s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an absconded Sex Offender believed to remain in the area. The target is identified as BERNIE MORALES (55) of El Paso, TX.
JULY 2000: Summer 2000 (July), BERNIE MORALES is arrested & charged with the violent crime of AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT. MORALES was later sentenced to 10 years TDC (Texas Department of Corrections). MORALES was released earlier this year ? 2011 & was set to be discharged from Parole in September 2011. As of July 2011, MORALES has absconded from the Multi Use Facility located at 1650 Horizon, El Paso County, TX & his whereabouts are unknown. It remains a mystery why he absconded from the Facility.
MORALES is now wanted for the offense of Sex Offender Duty To Register (Life / Annually). It is believed MORALES remains in the area where he has several family members in El Paso?s Lower Valley. Please help Law Enforcement take him off the streets & bring him to justice.
