Minor charged with criminal mischief

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 14-year-old charged with Criminal Mischief after officials say surveillance footage showed him allegedly throwing rocks at house windows in east El Paso County.

After videos of the alleged offenses came to light on January 30, Sheriff deputies collaborated with Socorro ISD Police to track down the child.

Police are not publicly identifying the minor.
