Crash Kills Motorcyclist In Northeast El Paso
A motorcyclist died after slamming into a car that ran a red light Monday afternoon on Northeast El Paso, police said.
The crashed occurred about 3:30 p.m. on U.S. 54 and Diana Drive.
The motorcyclist, a man, was apparently on Gateway North when according to police a cream-colored Dodge Charger ran a red light at Diana and hit the motorcycle.
The driver of the Charger, also a man, faces charges.
The motorcyclist’s death is the fifth traffic fatality of the year.
