Call Center Hiring 400 In El Paso
Officials with Alorica, a provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announced on Tuesday they are hiring more than 400 call center positions in El Paso.
The positions are full-time and for customer service roles and sales positions with an opportunity to make incentives, according to a news release.
The company will be filling the positions immediately and will be participating in a job fair with Workforce Solutions this week to make offers on the spot.
“Alorica is extremely enthused to be able to make this announcement for the community of El Paso,” said Jose Espinosa, Alorica Human Resources Manager. “Our growth represents a big addition of jobs for El Paso which means helping many local residents that are looking for employment. Interested candidates can attend the job fair or may apply online at www.aloricajobs.com to complete an application and take an assessment test. Applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED); possess general computer knowledge and have customer service skills or sales experience in order to be considered for employment. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening test.
The overall company of Alorica has nearly 20,000 employees housed in 40 locations and has more than doubled its size over the past two years. The El Paso site is one of the largest facilities for Alorica serving well-known, reputable clients.
