Temperatures will climb above 70 degrees for the first time this month! This is all thanks to high pressure controlling the Southwest.
However, there are some breezy conditions that will pick up this afternoon, gusting up to 30.
The winds are expected to pick up even more tomorrow, gusting up to 40. Then a strong cold front will arrive early Friday morning, picking up the winds from the east.
