NUMBER-ONE CAMPAIGN FOCUS: Our city is continuously growing and it is my goal to continue making the best decisions for our community’s well -being. Our town has made tremendous strides. I look forward to continuing my efforts to move Anthony forward and make it a truly GREAT community to live, and raise our children in.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE THAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THE POSITION YOU SEEK: I have served as Alderman for 7 years and I was on the Anthony, TX ISD School Board for 9 years, prior.

DESCRIBE A MOMENT THAT CHANGED YOUR LIFE: The day my son died in a car accident in El Paso, TX on June 24, 2005.
IN WHAT WAYS IS ANTHONY ON THE RIGHT TRACK, AND IN WHAT WAYS DOES IT NEED TO CHANGE COURSE? Operating revenues have increased because of grants. We received grant funding from Texas Parks and Wildlife for renovations at the Anthony Municipal Park. We have created an Anthony website. We have established an Anthony Texas Recycling Center, and we are always looking for businesses to come to our town that will improve the quality of life in our community.
IF ELECTED, HOW WILL YOU BALANCE THE NEEDS OF FAMILY, YOUR CAREER AND YOUR OFFICE? I am retired, and my daughter is grown and raising a family of her own. Although, I do help with the care of her children, it is not on a daily basis.
