Traffic affected on N. Mesa as El Paso police SWAT deal with incident
El Paso Police SWAT members are on the scene of an incident on N. Mesa between Argonaut and Festival.
An ABC-7 photographer on the scene says the SWAT members have their guns drawn and pointed at the first floor of the Montecillo apartments.
Traffic is being diverted at Argonaut and at Festival. Find another route.
