MEETING TIMES FOR RAILROAD INTERSECTION PROJECTS

As part of a joint project with Union Pacific Railroad, the City of El Paso will be modifying eleven railroad crossings, allowing trains to pass while sounding their horns less frequently.

El Paso’s Engineering and Construction Management department has scheduled community meetings to present preliminary designs to the community.

Information on the all project components will be available at each of the following meetings. The meetings will highlight anticipated impacts near the meeting site:

Monday, July 15, 2013, at 5:30pm. San Juan Senior Center, 5701 Tamburo Ct.
Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at 5:30pm. Bowie High School, 801 S. San Marcial St.
Saturday, July 20, 2013, at noon. Carolina Recreation Center, 563 N. Carolina Dr.
Monday, July 22, 2013, at 6pm. Riverside High School. 301 Midway Dr.
