Dust Storm Advisory for Otero County until 6:45 PM along US-54

The National Weather Service in El Paso and Santa Teresa has issued a Dust Storm Advisory for West Central Otero County along US Highway 54 between mile markers 21 and 42 until 6:45 PM.
