El Paso police investigate convenience store stabbing

Police are searching for a man who stabbed another man in central El Paso last night. This happed around 9:30 pm outside the Circle K by Piedras an Van Buren.

Police tell us the attacker approached the victim, who was near a Red Box machine, when some sort of confrontation occurred, resulting in the stabbing. Police say the victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators tell us the suspect took off, but witnesses were able to give a description.
