Bring a shovel; City offering free mulch
Environmental Services is providing FREE MULCH at all of the City’s Citizen Collection Stations.
Residents just need to bring a shovel and can take as much mulch as they need. Mulch can protect soil, inhibit weed growth and can make landscaping more attractive. Citizen Collection Stations are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. (Mulch is not available to businesses)
