EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Rainy weather overnight caused damage and flooding across El Paso. ABC-7 is committed to providing complete team coverage on the damage and flooding.

Flooding on Elm Street

Elm Street in Central El Paso flooded overnight.

Video sent in by a viewer says shows heavy streams of water flowing through the street.

Long-time neighbors of Elm Street say this is not the first time they have experienced flooding that has carried rocks, trash, trash bins or even people down their street.

They say they hope more is done to prevent further flooding on Elm Street in the future.

The awning of a gas station located in East El Paso fell overnight.

The gas station is located at George Dieter and Pebble Hills.
