Camper catches fire in Las Cruces

LAS CRUCES, New Mexico (KVIA) -- A fire damaged a camping trailer on the 500 block of North Valley Drive in Las Cruces Sunday morning.

The fire happened about 10:45 a.m. Firefighters arrived to find smoke coming from the trailer, and they got it under control in a few minutes. The residents were not home at the time.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
