El Paso Chihuahuas release promotional schedule; includes San Diego Chicken, free eats for seniors and kids

The El Paso Chihuahuas have announced the promotional schedule for their inaugural season.

Opening Day, scheduled for April 28, kicks off six days of giveaways including rally towels and commemorative tickets on April 28 and magnet schedules April 29-May 1.

Fan favorite the Famous San Diego Chicken will perform on July 13.

The Chihuahuas also will have weekly promotional specials including Military Mondays, Seniors Eat Free Tuesdays, Kids Eat Free Wednesdays, Thrifty Thursdays, Fetch the Fun Fridays, fireworks Saturdays, and Kids Day Sundays.

And the team hasn’t forgotten about your pups. There will be two Bark at the Park events – May 18 and Aug. 3 – where fans will be allowed to bring their dogs to Southwest University Park. Dogs must be vaccinated and on a leash to be permitted into the park.

Fans can purchase individual game tickets at epchihuahuas.com and at the box office at the Abraham Chavez Theatre today, March 17 and will continue Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday 10a.m.-4 p.m. through Opening Day.
