El Paso man accused of deadly conduct and evidence tampering
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- A man was arrested after allegedly opening fire and then getting rid of the gun.
18-year-old Cesar Galindo is charged with deadly conduct and evidence tampering.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a shooting in Horizon City on Sunday.
Officials say following interviews and reviewing surveillance video, officers tracked Galindo down.
Galindo was booked on a total bond of $45,000.
