Man punches Las Cruces massage therapist who he says inappropriately touched him
The alleged victim of a Las Cruces massage therapist didn’t like an extra service he didn’t request.
Las Cruces police arrested the therapist, 48-year-old David Figueroa, and charged him with criminal sexual penetration.
The victim says he called Figueroa to his home because he wanted a massage to relieve back pain.
He became uncomfortable when Figueroa allegedly refused orders to stop massaging his buttocks.
When Figueroa allegedly used his thumb to penetrate the victim’s rectum, the man stood up and hit Figueroa in the mouth.
