El Paso Police arrest registered sex offender who allegedly touched himself inappropriately on a bus
A 46-year-old registered sex offender was arrested Thursday afternoon after he allegedly was caught masturbating on a Sun Metro Bus.
According to El Paso Police, Sergio Antonio Carrio had recorded a 14-year-old girl on his cell phone while he masturbated on Sun Metro bus on June 8.
Detectives arrested Carrillo at his residence on Thursday afternoon and police say they believe there may be more victims.
Anyone with information or possible victim is encouraged to call police at 832-4400. Carrillo was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on one count of Indecent Exposure with a bond of $75,000.
