Men become first gay couple to marry in Ciudad Juarez
Thursday was a historic day for civil rights in Ciudad Juarez.
A gay couple was able to get legally married after getting a federal protection order.
Eduardo Pin and Julio Salazar needed the federal order because the Chihuahua State constitution defines marriage as the union of a man and a woman.
It is the first gay marriage in Juarez and only the second in the state of Chihuahua.
