El Paso County Jail inmates can receive candies, other snacks from loved ones for Valentine’s Day
Thirty one inmates at the El Paso County Jail and its annex have received or will receive today a special Valentine’s Day collection of snacks.
Baskets are not allowed in the jails so they only receive the goodies in a bag.
