El Paso Sheriff’s Office arrest man for allegedly tattooing a minor
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly tattooing a minor.
Sheriff’s officials arrested Gerardo Marmolejo on Aug. 6, 2014 after the parents of the minor found out their daughter had gotten a tattoo without their permission.
The 16-year-old went to Marmalejo’s home and got the tattoo in what the sheriff’s office called a makeshift tattoo studio.
The sheriff’s office executed a search warrant on Marmalejo’s home and found tattoo paraphernalia. Marmalejo does not have a license to tattoo.
He has been charged with tattooing a minor.
