I-10 closure planned for this Sunday postponed a week due to weather

The construction that was supposed close I-10 this this Sunday has been canceled due to weather, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

It was supposed to close from Porfirio Diaz and Schuster area Sunday morning and reopen Monday morning.

The closure is now scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 17 – weather permitting.
