Man drives car into Las Cruces store by accident
A vehicle crashed into a Las Cruces Dollar Tree store on Sunday, injuring a 58-year-old woman in the store.
The woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries to a leg and was transported to an area hospital.
Las Cruces Police say that a 52-year-old Organ, N.M., man was in a 2000 Mercury sedan and attempting to reverse from a parking spot when his car surged forward.
It then jumped a curb and crashed through the storefront.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
No citations have been issued at this time.
