Arrest made in January fatal car accident involving pedestrian
El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 41-year-old man in the fatal motor vehicle accident involving a 33-year-old male pedestrian identified as Christopher Self.
On Jan. 13, 2013, El Paso County Sheriff’s Special Traffic Investigators responded to an early morning traffic fatality involving Self.
Sheriff’s Office Traffic Investigators have arrested Eduardo Rodriguez Mendoza of the 13300 block of Bridgeway Dr. in El Paso County in connection with the accident and charged with Accident Involving Death and booked into the Detention Facility Monday evening where he remains under a $20,000 bond.
